Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Coventry Salary: £110 - £150 per day (DOE)
Are you an experienced and dedicated professional with a passion for education? We are currently seeking a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join our team, working with a variety of secondary schools across Coventry. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is committed to providing high-quality support to students in the absence of their regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
• Maintain good order and discipline among students, ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to contribute to the overall school community.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a UK secondary school setting is essential.
• Ideally, possess a subject specialism, but it is not essential.
• A valid UK DBS on the update service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and establish rapport quickly.
