Cover Teacher - Secondary School, Northampton
Simply Education is recruiting a cover teacher to provide classroom instruction and manage students at a secondary school in Northampton. You must have a PGCE qualification and experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
We require candidates with:
PGCE and minimum 2 years experience teaching in secondary schools
Confidence teaching various subjects
Passion for educating and engaging adolescent learners
Valid enhanced DBS on update service
Duties will include:
Delivering lessons and following provided lesson plans
Assigning and grading classwork/homework
Supporting students to understand subjects and meet learning goals
Managing student behavior and maintaining a productive environment
This is a temporary, term-time only position paying £650 per week. Hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm.
