Job Description: Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kick-start your teaching career in Staffordshire? Key Responsibilities:

Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and teaching resources.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements:
Completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT) and attainment of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Adaptability and resilience to meet the challenges and demands of the teaching profession.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow as a teacher.
