Position: ECT Teacher.
Location: SEN School in Sleaford and surrounding areas.
Salary: Starting from £120 per week.
Monday to Friday.
Temporary position, potential for permanent role.
Driving License would be preferred.
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for supporting students in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment? Simply Education is seeking an exceptional ECT to join the team.
As an ECT Teacher within this dynamic SEN school, you'll have the chance to utilise your skills and passion to support students with diverse educational needs. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a supportive team and engage in a nurturing environment where every day brings new experiences and opportunities for growth.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students, encouraging their progress and achievement.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending certification.
Passion for working in a SEN environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
