Outstanding English Teacher Needed for Private Secondary School in Northampton
Our client, a prestigious private secondary school located in a historic building in Northampton, is seeking an exceptional English teacher to inspire students aged 11-18. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a UK secondary school setting - those without will not be considered. The role starts after the easter break.
As the successful candidate you will:
• Develop creative English lessons to engage students across key stages 3-5
• Monitor pupil progress and tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and build positive rapport with students
• Prepare students thoroughly for GCSE and A-Level examinations
• Share best practice teaching techniques with colleagues
• Contribute to departmental projects and resources
