We are seeking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant and LSA's to work alongside both individual students and with small groups. Some of the students have a range of complex special educational needs, such as social communication difficulties and ASD.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience of supporting a child with SEN and have an understanding of the complexity of the challenges around social communication and language whilst working with the class teacher to personalise the curriculum to meet the individual needs of the child.

This is day to day, short and long term supply with a starting in September.

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;

- Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification at Level 3 or above.

- Have experience of working in a UK school for at least 6 months.

- Have strong classroom management skills.

- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary.

- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
