Position: Flexible Teaching Assistant, Supply

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students' learning.
-Work one-on-one or with small groups to provide additional guidance and support.
-Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
-Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
-Collaborate with teachers to adapt and modify instructional materials.
-Participate in educational activities, field trips, and special projects.
Qualifications:
-A strong passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
-Experience working with students, especially in an educational setting, is a plus.
-Flexibility in working hours and a commitment to supporting various classroom needs.
