Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School, Rugby
Simply Education seeks to appoint a dedicated learning support assistant to provide classroom and student support at a secondary school in Rugby. Working alongside teachers, you will help foster an engaging, supportive learning environment for pupils of all ages and abilities.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience assisting in secondary school classrooms as a support assistant
Educated to A-Level standard
A passion for working with young people
Aspires to train as a teacher
Clear enhanced DBS on update service
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting teachers in delivering lesson plans and activities
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra help
Encouraging student participation, motivation and attainment
Helping manage student behavior and overall classroom environment
This is a term-time temporary position, paying £90 per day. Hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm.
