Are you a Fully Qualified Maths Teacher looking for an exciting new challenge? Perhaps you are an Early Careers Teacher searching for an opportunity to gain more experience? Whatever your experience level, this is an excellent opportunity to teach Maths at a secondary school in the Maidstone area.

Simply Education are working alongside a secondary school in Maidstone to recruit a fully qualified teacher of Maths to join their team full time as soon as possible. Successful candidates will ideally be available 5 days a week teaching Maths to KS3, 4 and 5 students in addition to planning and marking.

The school are looking for someone who brings passion and excitement to the content they teach, whilst providing excellent classroom management skills. Candidates must have an expansive knowledge of the British National Curriculum, as the role will include planning and preparing lessons in advance. The school itself have been rated “good” in their most recent Ofsted inspection, and are looking to recruit staff who can propel them to an “outstanding” rating in their next inspection.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has recent experience teaching Maths.

• Has good classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Has excellent knowledge of the KS3, KS4 and KS5 Curriculum.

• Can promote cultural development.

• Has great communication and lesson delivery skills.

• Can prepare and plan lessons in advance.
