Job Title: Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Location: Rugby

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The ideal candidate will have experience in a UK secondary school or will be graduating this year. Coaching experience will also be considered. Knowledge of the national curriculum for PE is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and well-being.
• Use effective teaching and coaching techniques to enhance students' physical skills and overall fitness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the PE curriculum.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, sports events, and school initiatives.
Requirements:
• PGCE in Physical Education.
• Valid DBS check.
• Ideally, experience working in a UK secondary school or set to graduate this year.
• Coaching experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum for PE.
