Job Title: KS2 Teacher in a specialist setting.

Location: Gainsborough.

Salary: Starting from £650 per week.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.

Start Date: April 2024.

Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher with experience working with students who have social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH)? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated individual to join a school in the Gainsborough area on a temporary to permanent basis.

About the Role:

As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH needs to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of your students, while also implementing effective behaviour management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2/KS3 curriculum.

Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, ensuring their academic and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to develop and implement personalised learning plans.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as necessary.

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience teaching KS2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience working with students who have SEMH needs, preferably in a school setting.

Strong behaviour management skills and understanding of different behaviour management strategies.

Full driving license (preferred, but not essential).
