Position: Primary Teaching Assistant (SEND Focus).
Location: Gainsborough.
Contract: Temporary (with potential for permanent).
Salary: Starting from £400 per week.
Are you passionate about supporting the learning and development of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Gainsborough.
Role Overview:
As a valued member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of primary-aged children with SEND. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing dedicated support to children with SEND, both in group settings and on a one-to-one basis.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
Implementing strategies to promote independence and positive behaviour, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEND children or in a primary school setting (preferred).
Ability to work one-to-one with children.
