Qualifications and Experience:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
-Proven experience teaching Year 2 students, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
As a Year 2 Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
-Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement creative and effective lesson plans aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
-Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
-Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring all students can thrive.
-Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective teaching and learning.
-Parental Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and fostering a collaborative approach to education.
-Continuous Professional Development: Actively engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
