We prefer to deal with Simply Education rather than other agencies, our main reason being the quality of the staff they supply. They are always very punctual (often arriving earlier than necessary), are willing to take undertake a wide variety of subjects, and have excellent classroom management skills. It is very useful to us being a county school, that Simply have numerous supply who live in the area and so they can be deployed to us when we ring with an emergency cover.
Our consultant, is very efficient, he knows exactly the calibre of staff we require and ensures that we get the right person for the right role. We also find it extremely useful that Adam is available from very early in the morning and that he responds and arranges the supply in plenty of time for them to get here for the beginning of the school day.
