Job Title: Science Teacher

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The ideal candidate will have experience in a UK secondary school or will be graduating this year. Knowledge of the national curriculum for Science is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity and critical thinking.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Science curriculum.
• Participate in parents' evenings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
• PGCE in Secondary Science Education.
• Valid DBS check.
• Ideally, experience working in a UK secondary school or set to graduate this year.
• Knowledge of the national curriculum for Science.
