We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely school in Daventry 5 days a week to start as soon as possible. The SEN Teaching Assistant role will be until July. The successful teaching assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support children with complex needs in their learning either within the class or in a 1:1 basis. The school is looking for someone who is dedicated and compassionate to provide this support. Experience of working with children and experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable for this role.
• All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the Update Service.
• All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years.
• All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
• All candidates will have commitment to and responsibility for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people to the relevant extent of the role.
